With our ‘Personal Recruitment Plan’ we guarantee that we will get you booked out on enough interviews for you to get that dream job that you are looking for, without wasting your time and energy speaking to any other Rec2Rec Consultants and having to register with them.

We will carry out a full and thorough registration to see exactly what it is that you want and why you want it. This is not a CV farming exercise and we require your full assistance with this to make sure we get things right for you.

We then collate a list of 10-15 target companies that are based in your preferred location and that may consider looking at someone with your skillset and create a position for you, which means that you have no competition for the job and you have a 50/50 chance of getting it after interview.

Our Terms of Business are straightforward with a 15% fee based on the Total Basic Annual Salary and this comes with a 90 Day – Free Replacement – Guarantee Period.

90 DAY – FREE REPLACEMENT – GUARANTEED PERIOD

In order to qualify for the Free Replacement, the Client must have paid the Company’s fee within 7 days of the Applicants start date.

The Client will be entitled to the Free Replacement if the Applicant is dismissed by the Client due to incompetence, dishonesty or the Applicant tenders his/her own resignation.

If the Company is unable to find a suitable replacement within a reasonable amount of time (90 Days), then the Company will issue the Client with a non-refundable credit note against future placements (valid for 12 months).

We will work tirelessly to provide you with suitable Candidates that you desire. We can give you advice on the remuneration package, based on current market conditions, to enable you to attract the top talent available.
